Kim & Kanye Looking For Bigger New NYC Home

Kim Kardashian Kanye West Bigger NYC Home

Kim Kanye bigger NYC home search is done in style. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been searching for a bigger NYC home to purchase. Kim Kardashian and her entire family visited two multi million dollar mansions in the Big Apple this week hoping to call one of them home. Kanye West already owns a luxury apartment in New York, but his family has grown with the arrival of daughter North and now needs something more spacious. While Kim and Kanye are looking for a new home on the east coast, the construction of their impressive west coast house appears to be going nowhere.

Earlier this week, it was confirmed by a close source to the Kardashians (hint Kris Jenner) than Kim and Kanye are looking for a new home in New York city.

The confirmation came after Kim Kardashian wearing a nude Wolford strapless dress and Tom Ford chain shoes (see hot picture above) and neon-yellow construction hard hat along with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner were seen visiting several houses in NYC.

It was first believed that Kendall Jenner was the one moving to New York for her modeling career – but that story was quickly denied.

The reality stars toured a breathtaking $17.25 million town house in Greenwich Village at 215 Sullivan St.

The newlyweds who are looking for a big home for their growing family would fit right in this piece of real estate which features six bedrooms, seven baths, a private garden and private parking inside the building.

The group also looked at another property located at 40 Mercer Street worth $12.99 million which has a 1,500-sq.-ft. terrace and a private pool.

Kanye, Kim and North are currently living with Kris Jenner in her Calabasas home as they renovate the Bel Air mansion they bought in January 2013.

The constructions on the $11 million home seemed to be stalling according to this video that surfaced few weeks ago.

Seeing that Kim and Kanye are often on the road due to work, it appears that the people they hired to build the home are taking their precious time.
