Jessica Simpson’s new perfume ad is getting the right kind of attention from fans and the media. Simpson’s new signature fragrance that will be available in August even got its own cameo on ABC’s “Good Morning America” over the weekend.

The ad that “GMA” calls glamorous was shot by famous French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon. The image is sexy because Simpson is showing just the right amount of cleavage. It’s never easy to find the right balance between classy and tacky but Bensimon did just that.

Jessica looks great in a nude Oscar de la Renta dress and we bet that her future husband Eric Johnson is liking what he is seeing. The proud parents of 2 will get married on July 4 in California.

The Signature Fragrance ad has mostly garnered positive reviews so far, with one minor critic from people who think she should have smiled a little bit more. In some corners of the web, it has even sparked an intense debate over the authenticity of her lips.

The major cleavage probably covered any other shortcoming the sexy photo may have had. Cleavage is always a big win in an ad these days.

With her new fragrance Jessica Simpson has opted for maturity, a clever way to show her growth as a person. The business mogul released her first perfume “Fancy” in 2008, it became an instant hit. It was aimed at a younger market.

The Signature Fragrance is not only more sophisticated according to the TV personality, it’s also more personal. She was heavily involved in the creation process and that is the reason she decided to name this one after herself.

The mother-of-two was inspired by smells that marked her life as a woman, she mixed those strong memories and Signature Fragrance is the end result.

We don’t know if this venture will live up to the hype but what we do know is that the new ad is quite impressive and mesmerizing.
