Jennifer Lawrence Falls At Madrid Premiere Of ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2’
Jennifer Lawrence bit the dust again. At the Madrid premiere of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2, Lawrence fell while walking up the steps of the Kinepolis Cinema in Spain despite having an army of assistants and security guards around her.
Jennifer Lawrence fell on a red carpet again, prompting many to demand that she stop wearing high-heel shoes and long dresses. Last night, the entire cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 was in Spain to attend the Madrid premiere of the much-anticipated movie.
Miss Jennifer Lawrence arrived on the red carpet in a stunning lace gown designed by Ralph Lauren. The 25-year-old Southern belle, who is famous for her ill-timed falls, could be seen doing all she could to avoid another embarrassing tumble.
The actress made sure she had several escorts and ran after her co-stars, who were about to step on her long dress. However, alas, Jennifer Lawrence will always be awkward, and while she was walking up a staircase at the red carpet premiere, she fell flat on her face and had difficulties getting back up.
Although Lawrence was surrounded by several colleagues and security guards, who were trying to help her climb the stairs, she seemed to trip on her dress, and the heel of her shoe got stuck in the hem, causing her stumble.
The video of the popular star falling at the event has gone viral, and many of her fans are asking her to wear sneakers when she is stepping out. Nina Jacobson, a Hunger Games producer, took to Twitter and said that the actress was “okay after her fall.” Jacobson jokingly added:
“She’s used to it.”
Indeed, Lawrence has a very long history of taking a tumble during major Hollywood events – some even speculated that she was faking the falls to get the media’s attention and win her fans’ sympathy, while few say she should lay off the alcohol or stop starving herself and eat before going out in public.
In 2013, Lawrence wearing a giant Dior dress tripped on her way to the podium to accept her Oscar for Best Actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook. One year later, she fell again at the Oscars before the ceremony even started and even ripped the hair or extensions of a woman, who was standing next to her.
The following year, J-Law tripped while exiting her limo and nearly brought down a female friend as she fell to the ground. Lawrence’s Hunger Games will arrive in theaters on November 20.
