iPhone 4 Issues

iPhone 4 Issues – As with any technology release that is as large as the release of the iPhone 4, a number of bugs will be found immediately after the product goes public.
The iPhone 4 has not been released without its fair share of problems. The first report of problems came before the phone even shipped, when a glitch in the AT&T preorders process allowed some users to gain access to personal information from other accounts.

The biggest complaint that has been seen thus far is the 5 megapixel camera that is included with the phone. While other companies, including Motorola and Nokia have upgraded camera phones to 8 and 12 megapixels, Apple lags behind, providing only a 5 megapixel camera on their new iPhone 4.

Video calling has also raised a number of concerns among new users. While Apple touted video calling as their defining feature, users have found that the application of video calling is actually very limited on the phone. Both parties must have a Wi-Fi connection, and use the same application as you are on their own iPhone. Users have stated that they are looking for an iPhone-wide app and solution for video conferencing.

Users are also still complaining about iPhone shortages, even though it has been apparent for quite some time that they would not be able to meet the demand on release day, they did nothing to prevent the chaos. With over 600,000 preorders, users should have been more aware that the iPhone 4 will be hard to come across in the weeks after its release.
