A Disick bachelor pad is making headlines, does that mean he is leaving his family? A Scott Disick bachelor pad worth over $3 million is creating buzz on the internet for all the wrong reasons. This week, Scott Disick, who is following his in-laws, decided to dabble in real estate.

Earlier this month, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, who bought a $20-million mansion in the Hidden Hills in the fall, got their hands on a $2.925-million fixer-upper in the neighboring area.

Some claimed that West and Kardashian will fix the home and sell it. Others say, the couple will tear it down and used the land to have a compound. Inspired by Kim and Kanye, Scott splurged on a $3.7 million bachelor pad in Beverly Hills.

The Disick bachelor pad is more like a home. The stunning 4,095-square-foot residence, which was designed by Stewart-Gulrajani Design Team, has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a saltwater pool, and spa.

Public records show that Disick’s bachelor pad was built in 1960 and was sold in February for only $1.965 million.

News of the Disick bachelor pad has gone viral and rumors are flying high, claiming that Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian have finally called it quits. A so-called insider stated that the pair, which had been fighting in every recent episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons over Disick’s partying ways and drinking habit, decided to split.

The spy revealed that Kardashian kicked Disick out of their newly purchased $5.8m Calabasas mansion, which prompted him to buy the bachelor pad. Disick believes if Kanye West can have his bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills while married to a Karadshian, so can he.

But there is no truth to that report, a source close to Mason and Penelope‘s parents, denied the Disick bachelor pad drama. The other insider explained that Disick purchased the home as an investment and the Kardashians have been helping him remodel it. The person said:

“Scott bought the house as an investment – he plans to redo and flip it. It’s his new career path. Scott went over finishes and marbles [Tuesday] along with Kourtney and her sisters.”
