I received a notice and went to the site. There is no where to enter my code W3018. What is going on?

I received my notice and went to the sight u directed me to and and there is no sight to register my claim number. It is w5218 So what kind of scheme are you trying to pull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a notice to respond on my claim number but as usually you go to the site they tell you and there is no place to check on the code or to enter the code to see if I am the winner, they say I am in danger of forfeiting my number, which I believe the alert code is W3112. Would you please let me know.
