Time Change Fall 2010
Time Change Fall 2010 – Daylight Savings Time Change also known as Time Change Fall 2010 is upon us once more.
All European were asked to set their watches an hour back on the night of Saturday 30 and Sunday, October 31 in other words when it was Sunday at 3:00 it was really 2:00 (winter time), or an 60 extra minutes of sleep.
As for the Americans and Canadians the Daylight Savings Time Change will occur on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at at 7.30 PM IST (6 AM EST).
The concept of transition to winter summer/spring time was established in 1976 in order to save energy after the world’s first oil crisis.
In recent years several organizations have denounced the concept of time changes claiming that they have negative health effects on us (such as drowsiness, excessive consumption of sleeping pills and other drugs …) and they can also cause behavioral issues for animals.
