Roy Kronk Sues Casey Anthony – While she might be unavailable to actually get served Casey Anthony is still getting sued by Roy Kronk – the meter reader for Orange County who discovered the body of Caylee Anthony on two separate occasions before being able to convince authorities to visit the area.
Roy Kronk who stumbled on the remains of Caylee Anthony first in August then in December has filed a suit against Miss Anthony asking for $15,000 in damages – claiming that her attorney Jose Baez attempted to pin the death of the little girl on him due to the fact that he was once charged with kidnapping.
Kronk who recently sued the National Enquirer for $15 million for publishing a story with the headline that read “Meter reader killed Caylee” stated in papers filed in a Florida court that Anthony/Baez ruined his reputation with their numerous erroneous allegations .
The young mother who was acquitted in July for the death of Caylee is also being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman by the same name as the fictive nanny who supposedly killed the toddler.
