On Sunday night, Brad Pitt and Peter Comfort looked very handsome as they walked on the red carpet premiere of Fury. Both Pitt and Comfort wore black suits and bow ties to the the 58th BFI London Film Festival Closing Night Gala screening of Fury.

The Closing Night Gala took place at the Odeon Leicester Square, where Mr Comfort smiled for the cameras and even took few selfies with screaming fans. Director David Ayer, along with Fury stars, Anamaria Marince, Alicia Von Rittberg, Michael Pena, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, and Shia Le Beouf were also present at the gala (below is a picture of Pitt and Comfort).

The World War II veteran met Mr Pitt last year and their first encounter was very funny. When Brad Pitt contacted Peter Comfort in order to get few details from him about the war, the British man had no clue who he was talking to.

The last survivor of a World War II Sherman tank regiment, had never heard of Pitt, so he Googled the name before arriving on the movie set. Talking to the media, the British D-Day veteran confessed that he was surprised to learn that Angelina Jolie’s husband had worked in so many films.

The war hero spent several days on the set of the Furry movie, which was filmed in Hertfordshire, and gave the cast and crew, precise details on where the soldiers slept, the condition they fought in and even where they spent their money during the fight against Adolf Hitler’s Nazi army.

The grandfather of six, revealed that Pitt who is a father of six, was very nice to him, and added while he was glad to share his knowledge with the actor, he does not like to talk about the war very much because he saw so much horror.

In Fury, Pitt, plays a Sherman tank commander on a mission behind enemy lines during World War II.
