Michelle Williams On Heath Ledger In GQ – Former “Dawson’s Creek” star Michelle Williams sure has bloomed into a beautiful a woman – just look at her new stunning pictures as the iconic Marilyn Monroe featured in the February issue of GQ Magazine.
Williams who won a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy playing Monroe in “My Week With Marilyn” this past weekend may appear sexy on the cover but the accompanied interview is anything but sexy.
Inside the publication the star gives a very raw and emotional interview about her late fiancee Heath Ledger who passed away in 2008 and with whom she has a 6-year old daughter named Mathilda.
The star opened up for the very first time about how she met Ledger, revealed that she imagines reuniting with him and how her role in “My Week With Marilyn” made her understood how a sexy woman feels.
The “Synecdoche, New York,” actress on the fact that her meeting with Heath was cosmic and how they did everything so fast as if they knew that it was going to end rapidly:
“There’s an answer that I know.but I don’t want to say.Our initial meeting, the circumstances of how we first met, were cosmic or something.Yeah, a lot of things happened at once.It’s a bit like: We had a lot of things to do, because we didn’t have a lot of time, or something.”
The young mother also spoke about how she would love to see the Oscar-winning actor once more. Tearing up, she shared as she wept:
”…one of my favorite things to imagine.It’s actually one of my favorite places to visit.”
Williams next movie will be less seductive, for her Mathilda’s sake she will be tackling Glinda the Good Witch in Disney’s “Oz: The Great and Powerful.”
