Michelle Duggar’s robocall is upsetting to the LGBT community. The star of “19 Kids and Counting” Michelle Duggar has recorded a robocall to tell people in Arkansas to vote against the anti-discrimination bill written by Alderman Matthew Petty. In the recording, Mrs Duggar urges parents to take action and do not let the law pass, otherwise little girls will be forced to use public restrooms and swimming pool showers with pedophiles who are pretending to be women.
Michelle Duggar has joined the Arkansas Family Council to release a new controversial robocall.
The reality star is hoping to take down a bill written by Alderman Matthew Petty, which would make it illegal for businesses to discriminate against a person because of their race, gender, sexual orientation and religion.
The civil rights proposal was crafted due to a large amount of complaints from lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders living in Fayetteville, who have been discriminated against while trying to rent homes, seeking employment, visiting retail stores and using public recreation facilities.
Petty’s bill will go up for a vote at the Fayetteville City Council on Tuesday.
After reading the piece of legislation, the Duggar matriarch came to the conclusion that if passed into law, the proposal would make it unsafe for children to use public restroom and showers.
In the scary robocall, which went out to resident few days ago, the mother-of-19 said that sexual predators who claimed to be women, will be invading private areas reserved to little girls, young ladies and older females.
The religious woman went on to urge parents to protect their daughters and vote no on ordinance 119.
City Attorney Kit Williams, responded to the attack by explaining that Duggar’s robocall was nothing but fear-mongering.
Williams shared that the ordinance was drafted to protect transgender people who are often harassed and do not have the right to use the proper bathroom.
Backing those claims, are the results of a new survey released by the Human Rights Campaign that showed members of the LGBT community in Arkansas are often harassed at home, school and work.
The Family Council hit back saying that the anti-discrimination bill violates the rights of Christians living in the state.

I though Americans had the right to free speech. I guess it’s free for certain people.
Michelle Duggar deserves the greatest respect for speaking her mind on the safety of our children. Kids are being abused in every corner of the globe. Each year it gets worse and worse. People speak of civil rights when it concerns themselves. That is great and should be embraced. How about the civil rights of those who can’t protect themselves? We know there are sick people out there. We know what they are capable of doing. I know there has to be a solution to make sure ALL people have their rights protected. Instead of stripping people of their rights to voice their concerns, lets use any and all suggestions to help come to a peaceful solution. A solution that will
ensure a peaceful, loving, and united UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

well we can all speak our mind, nothing extraordinary about that, it’s what she’s saying that is extraordinarily dangerous..and that doesn’t deserve respect it deserves rebuke.
Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from criticism. She has every right to say what she’s saying, and others have every right to criticize her for it.
this is comming from a woman who does nothing but be a baby factory and doesnt even have a job outside of looking after her children!!! she truly lives of the lives of others who work for a living while all she does is open her legs for her man. she is a disgrace and nothing more than a leech on those who truly work for a living. she is nothing and her request should be ignored with the contemept it deserves. wake up peaple and dont let scum like this tell you what to do
Being a stay-at-home parent is one of the most important “jobs” a parent can do. FYI they get paid to be on their show so she actually does work besides taking care of her family. Secondly she is NOT a leech on society by any means. The leeches are all the single welfare moms and too lazy to work “disabled” collecting disability. (Note: I am not referring to the truly disabled, I am referring to the perfectly capable of working but too lazy to do so and faking a disability claim.)
Good for her! Stand up for what you believe in. There never was and Adam and Steve and procreation is not possible in a homosexual relationship. What has this world come to. This is the worst generation to ever come upon the best country in the world! You all are too afraid to speak out because of ridicule and too lazy to stand up for what you believe in. I, too, respect Mrs. Duggar for voicing her opinion publicly. It is all peaches and cream to say freedom of speech-until someone disagrees with what others want our opinions to be. No matter how you feel on this issue, it must be said that it is unfair to attack her for voicing hers.

I am appalled that TLC/Discovery will allow hatred to be promoted on its shows. Michelle Duggar is an ignorant woman who has been given a lot of money and power by your network to now publically promote hatred of a marginalized group of people in our society (transgender) who have suffered enough. Her accusations of pedophilia are ignorant. It is too bad that the millions they have earned will not be spent on college educations for their children. This behavior is despicable and it is time to pull the plug on the Duggars.
