McDonald’s McRib 2011 Return – It is time to start smearing delicious barbecue sauce all over your face because the ever disappearing/reappearing McRib is back for a limited time of course.
On October 24th, 2011 McDonald’s announced that their famous sandwich called the McRib which is a 6 inch, 500 calories mouth watering goodness that contains 26 grams of fat made with pressed ground pork patty, lots of pickles, layers of onion and dripping dark barbecue sauce will for the very first time be available in all of their fast-food restaurants nationwide until November 14th, 2011.
The McRib which was invented back 1981 is a star item on McDonald’s menus worldwide due to its rarity – this little piece of heaven comes around every leap year.
The sandwich which is a limited-time item has several websites dedicated to it – has thousands of people inquiring on its whereabouts on Facebook and Twitter.
And not to forget the well known McRib Locator website created by Alan Klein in order to help you locate the sandwich when it is out of season.
