Meet Larry Langston an unforgettable robber from Chicago in Illinois, who wishes he was not obsessed with selfies like Kim Kardashian.

On August 1st, Langston stalked a young lady who got money from the West Side currency exchange.

He eventually followed the 17-year-old girl and stole her bag as she was walking on 2300 block of West Jackson Boulevard in The Windy City.

The 24-year-old man grabbed the bag and ran off with it.

Instead of fleeing with what he stole, the dumb criminal made the decision to empty the bag, retrieve the purse and take the money that was inside. The thief found $480, dropped the bag and ran away.

While speeding off to go enjoy the money, the man’s smart phone stayed behind. Officers from the Chicago Police Department found the phone and rapidly learned that the purse snatcher was selfie obsessed.

Langston even used a selfie as his screen saver. For some strange reason, despite having the selfies and other information on the robber it took members of the CPD over three weeks to catch him.

On Wednesday, the cops showed up at Langston’s home and arrested him and he was charged with robbery.

The following day, the individual faced a judge at the Cook County Criminal Courthouse, where he was ordered back to the county jail.

Langston is being held on a $125,000 bail.

Larry Langston can now add his mug shot to his selfie collection.
