Kris Jenner is tired of President Donald Trump dominating the news. This is bad for her family brand which strives when it owns the news cycle.

So, the controversial momager is hoping that her children can come up with epic stories and announcements to take back control.

The election of Mr. Trump, a former reality star with a penchant for controversy, has blurred the line between entertainment and politics even more than before.

The confusion resulted in big entertainment news websites spending more time covering what is going in the political world.

In a sense, the 45th U.S. president has been doing in the past two years what the Kardashians and Jenner used to do but on a bigger scale and this is very annoying for the business-oriented mother of six.

She has reportedly reached the point where she is hoping that her son-in-law, Kanye West, will challenge Trump in 2020 so the family can return as the face of the entertainment industry.

An insider shared with the media: “Kris has felt the heat of Donald Trump taking over all the headlines that would normally be dominated by her family. With them out of the news cycle they have been accustomed to, it affects their bottom line, and Kris is hoping that someone will get engaged soon or a baby will be announced to get people buzzing again.”

The source added: “She also hopes Kanye sticks by his 2020 announcement because she knows how much press that would be for them. She is trying to transition into the next phase of her empire, and it is harder than expected, and she is blaming the new President and everyone’s obsession with him.”

It is hard to tell if West was serious about a potential run, but a circus of this magnitude would be good for Jenner’s business.
