Kim Richards added another drama to her already long list. After fleeing from rehab, getting drunk at her daughter’s wedding, Richards has finally decided to plead no contest in her public intoxication case.

Another day, another Kim Richards drama, that has fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills scratching their heads wondering, when will this woman get her act together?

On Monday, Kim Richards was a no-show at her own hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court. The reality star was due in court regarding her April arrest at the Polo Club of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The 50-year-old was heavily intoxicated and took part in a scuffle while at the establishment prompting security to ask her to leave. Instead of exiting the premises, she decided to lock herself in a bathroom, which prompted employees to call the police.

Richards was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and trespassing. Following her embarrassing arrest, it had appeared that she was about to get her life back on track by entering rehab to seek professional help, but that was short-lived.

Kim Richards briefly left the center to attend her daughter’s wedding in Mexico and skipped town after the event. Two weeks ago, Richards failed to show up in court claiming that her foot was injured. Ricardo Santiago, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, said at the time:

“She didn’t attend because she had some sort of injury to her foot, and therefore couldn’t appear. The judge accepted the explanation and allowed her attorney to appear on her behalf.”

Despite being absent, her lawyers declined a plea deal on her behalf because the District Attorney refused to accept what they wanted, community service instead of community labor. Santiago explained:

“There were conversations about a negotiated settlement being offered by our office, but the offer was rejected by the defense.”

It all changed this week when Richards opted to enter a no contest plea via her attorney. Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey sentenced Richards to three years of probation, 30 days of community labor and 52 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous sessions.

Paris Hilton‘s aunt, known for her battle with alcoholism, was arrested again in early August for stealing $600 from a Target in Los Angeles, allegedly, of course.

According to reports, Kim Richards has become estranged with her sister, Kyle.
