This updated Kim Kardashian haircut is not a dramatic change, Kanye West’s wife opted for a slightly shorter hairstyle that most of her fans would fail to notice right away.
Kim posted several photos of her new ‘do days before the big reveal and none of her Instagram followers noticed a difference. When North West’s mom realized that her supporters were not being attentive enough, she decided to guide them in the right direction.
On Saturday, Kim took to the photo sharing website to upload the first official photo of her new haircut. The 33-year-old business mogul captioned the picture with:

Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin is the person behind the latest Kim Kardashian haircut. Atkin recently worked with Mad Men actress Christina Hendricks, Modern Family star Sofía Vergara and Kim’s younger sister Khloé Kardashian.
For at least three days, Kim K. new hairdo was out on the open and people disregarded it. The star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians probably removed her extensions and called the process a “hair cut.”
Kim is a real star for this new generation, she knows how to take advantage of a news cycle like no one else. Kim has even become an inspiration for young women like singer Demi Lovato. Lovato recently told Access Hollywood that Kardashian really changed how beauty is perceived around the globe. The “Really Don’t Care” artist said:
“I really credit women like Beyonce and Kim Kardashian… [they] completely revolutionized what our generation’s view of perception of what beautiful is and I really think that they had a huge impact on that. You can think whatever you want about the Kardashians, but they really did help tons of women feel comfortable in their own skin and I like to carry that message on.”
Lovato who has dealt with body image issues in the past knows what she is talking about.
