A Jessica Simpson Grey photo series with husband Eric Johnson is creating a bit of controversy on social media. For Valentine’s Day, some couples have romantic dinners, others take a little vacation, but Eric Johnson and Jessica Simpson picked something less conventional to celebrate “Love Day.”

The husband and wife duo opted for a very sexy photo shoot inspired by the hit movie and highly successful book Fifty Shades of Grey.

It is not known whether or not the pics are for a magazine or the pair was having fun with their own camera. The fashion mogul posted three raunchy photos on Instagram – that have some saying that she went too far.

In the first colored photograph, Simpson, 34, can be seen in a pair of lace panties and matching boots being spanked by a shirtless Johnson. And in a second black and white picture, Simpson is in a blazer with no bra, showing lots of cleavage and wearing a pair of leopard-print undies. The lovers are lying on a sofa and it appears that Johnson, 35, is caressing his wife’s private parts.

In the third and final photograph, Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson can seen sharing a passionate kiss. Don’t get it confused, while Jessica Simpson was happy to recreate the film’s wild sex scenes she has no interest in Christian Grey, she is obsessed with Eric Johnson. She captioned all three pictures:

If Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan do not want to star in the sequel of Fifty Shades of Grey, Simpson and her husband can have the roles. But there is great doubt that anyone will turn down Fifty Shades Of Grey in the future, because while the reviews are poor, fans loved the film.

The erotic film, which was released on Friday, made history and brought in over $158 million worldwide. As stated above, the Jessica Simpson Grey-inspired photo shoot has gone viral with over half of a million likes on Instagram. Many are applauding Simpson for being so bold and daring. Few were even inspired to do a hot Grey photo shoot with their significant others.

But several other people slammed Jessica Simpson by asking her if she is not ashamed to share such personal pictures with the world. One commentator wondered how will the couple’s children, Maxwell, 2, and 19-month-old Ace, feel about the pics when they get older and their friends are mocking them in school. To which a supporter replied by:

“Calm down people. She looks good, are you jealous? She is a married woman and these pictures are with her husband and taken on Valentine’s Day. I think it’s awesome and when her kids get older they might see them, big deal they will see there parents love for each other. Awesome photos, awesome couple and awesome family. Keep doing you!”

The fight continued with another individual comparing Jessica Simpson to Kim Kardashian and Beyonce – two mothers who can not stop showing off their bodies. What are your thoughts on the Jessica Simpson Grey photo shoot?
Do you find her hot or do you agree that she is being a bad role model to her daughter?

Does she need attention this bad. Showing the slut coming out I’m seeing red not grey, the pictures accidently on purpose leaked out. This should be kept at home. BDSM yes she is showing hers.

Filthy shades of grey! Shame on you, Jessica Simpson! I guess your Christian upbringing went out the door when you lost your virginity to your first husband. Looks like you sold your soul to the devil ever since. “For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and in the end, lose his soul?” Remember that one, Jess?
