Jessica Pare, John Kastner are expecting their first child together. Mad Men star, Jessica Paré who has been very private about her relationship with John Kastner, has announced that that she is expecting.
Jessica Pare and John Kastner will soon become parents. Last month, via his Instagram account, Kastner posted an adorable picture that served as the pregnancy announcement.
The snapshot featured Kastner’s cute 7-year-old daughter, Summer Lee wearing a t-shirt that read “I’m going to be a big sister,” while he and Pare stood on the background in a loving embrace.
Not many people saw the photo, which lead to Pare’s representative officially breaking the news to US Magazine this week. Kastner, who is a member of three bands, the Asexuals, the Doughboys and All Systems Go! started dating the Lives of the Saints actress in May of 2012.
But the duo have been very private with their romance. They are rarely seen in public together and walked the red carpet as a couple once or twice. Both Canadian stars were previously married.
Kastner wed actress, Nicole DeBoer in 1999, and they separated in May of 2012. It is not known if the former couple ever filed for divorce. As for Jessica Pare, she married producer, Joseph M. Smith in 2007 and they divorced in 2010.
Pare who is best known for her role as Megan Draper on AMC’s Mad Men, recently opened up about the ending of the show. The star who will be remembered for her rendition of the 1960s song “Zou Bisou Bisou” said:
“There was before Mad Men, and there’s after, and that’s what we’re talking about here tonight in terms of the milestone moments in a woman’s life. We’re moving and and we’re growing.I do feel like the end of Mad Men is sort of a coming of age.”
