Jay Z ‘Made In America’ Documentary Heads To Showtime

This year Jay Z has been doing big things and signing big checks. The music mogul has a documentary called “Made in America,” that just got picked up by cable network Showtime.

“Made in America,” was filmed in 2012 during the festival by the same name that featured artists like Kanye West, D’Angelo and Pearl Jam.

Jay Z who also performed at the event serves as a producer for the documentary that was directed by Ron Howard.

“Made in America,” will air on Showtime on October 11 at 9PM. It will be premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7.

The 2013 edition of “Made in America,” will start on Saturday, it will be headlined by Beyonce and Nine Inch Nails on Sunday.
