Ice Cube On The Eames – Before becoming one of west coast’s most famous rap stars, Ice Cube was getting his school on and studied architectural drafting, which is the reason why Pacific Standard Time asked him to share his passion with its readers.

His favorites include Forum, 5 Torches, Cockatoo Inn and Watts Towers.
After cruising down in his native Inglewood Avenue in South LA and stating the obvious “L.A.’s traffic is the worst on this planet,” Mr O’Shea Jackson made a stop at the Eames House in Pacific Palisades to explain how much he loves the concept that was put together in 1949 by husband-and-wife design pioneers Charles and Ray Eames.
The “Chrome & Paint” singer toured the building which is also known as Case Study House No. 8, describing the windows, the materials used before concluding with a profanity laced compliment to the avant garde couple.
