Herman Cain Accusers Details Emerging – Who are Herman Cain’s accusers and will they be able to share their side of the story are the questions being posed by many since news broke over the weekend that the frontrunner of the GOP field had sexually harassed two female employees over a decade ago.

While Herman Cain’s accusers names, pictures and interviews have not yet been revealed due to a gag order signed by the ladies and the National Restaurant Association where the incidents took place back in the 1990′s, there are few details emerging about them.

Here is what we know about Herman Cain’s accuser #1:

Joel Bennett who is the lawyer of this accuser revealed that she is a married federal employee who resides in Maryland.

Mr Bennett went on to explain that she wants to annul her non-disclosure agreement in order to come forward and explain to the world exactly how and when Herman Cain sexually harassed her.


While no one other than the accuser and Mr Cain who has been married for over 40 years knows really what happened, rumors claimed that the Republican candidate may have asked the woman to come to his hotel room during an event organized by the Restaurant Association where he talked inappropriately to her while making sexual gestures.

This is what Cain had to say about accuser number 1:

“She had been a longer-term employee … She worked in our governmental affairs department and she worked in the function that managed our political action committee.”

Herman Cain’s accuser #2:

Once more her name has not been revealed but Cain and his blurry memory were able to reveal several major details about the woman and the day of the incident.

Cain a former pastor told Greta van Susteren, that the second accuser was about 30 or 4o years old, she was a writer who worked in the communications department.

As for what happened between them for her to claim that he sexually harassed her, we will let Cain explain that with his own words:

“She was in my office one day, and I was standing close to her — and I made a gesture saying you are the same height as my wife … And I brought my hand up to my chin saying, ‘My wife comes up to my chin…That one little incident about the height thing was in my office, door open, plain view. My secretary is sitting right outside the office.”

Both women received settlements in the five figure range (Cain’s second accuser received $35,000) and are not allowed to talk about what occurred – but with the media hunting them down, expect them to have friends and family members selling their stories very soon.
