The trio ran to help and found the child yelling, crying and sweating inside the locked vehicle which had the windows rolled up.

They called local authorities who rushed the child to a nearby hospital.

In the wake of the death of 22-month-old Cooper Harris left in a hot car by his father Justin Ross Harris, many people are wondering how parents can still be so careless in this summer heat.

  1. That is another case of parents not being responible. They expect the government to feed, shelter, and care for them. Some aren’t fit to be parents. I can’t beleive parents are so supid. They act like they didn’t remember the child is in the car that is a cop out. Your family and your kids are always on your mind. I don’t buy these excuses and I think law enforcement should not either. People have to take resonibity for things they do. They should be charged with murder and neglect and maybe parents would not always be some forgetful.Sad times we live in now. The lord is coming and people better get ready.God does not like people mistreating his childen

  2. How do you forget a 5 year old? This is not an infant in a car seat. I doubt the little girl made up that story of punishment. The best form of punishment I read about for a couple who left a dog in a car was they had to sit in a hot car with the windows closed for a couple of hours themselves. I think these parents should have to do that too – and never get that child back again. Oh, and how do these people afford that truck? Just wondering because I can’t afford on.
