Dwayne Johnson, Selfie King, but he has no plans to compete with Kim Kardashian, who has been dubbed the Selfie Mother by Vogue.

While on the red carpet for his new film, San Andreas, (the movie that scares the crap out of all Californians), in London, England, Dwayne Johnson attempted and succeeded in setting a Guinness World Record for taking the most selfies.

The WWE wrestling star used an iPhone to capture 105 selfies with screaming fans in three minutes. Mr. Johnson rapidly took to social media to thank those who helped him become Selfie King of the world. The athlete wrote:

“London, we did it!. We just set a NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for most self-portraits (selfies) taken in record time (yup, a selfie world record exists and your arm gets a helluva workout),” he wrote. “WORLD PREMIERE of SAN ANDREAS and rewriting the record books all in one night. #MicDropBoom #NewSelfieKing #LONDON #SanAndreasWorldTour MAY 29th.”

Some are hoping that Johnson will try to break Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson’s Guinness World Record for most selfies taken in one hour. The cornerback took 1,449 selfies with students and teachers during the 2015 Super Bowl.

After being named Selfie King, Dwayne Johnson was asked if he had plans to publish a book like Kim Kardashian. He replied by saying:

“No, no, no. Here’s the thing, you don’t need a book when you’re in The Guinness Book of World Records. That’s the thing—I have a the record.”

San Andreas will be released on Friday, and critics have been so-so.
