Dharun Ravi, Molly Wei Lawyers On Tyler Clementi Video – On the 22nd of September an 18 year old student named Tyler Clementi made headlines after deciding to jump from the George Washington Bridge after his roommate Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei who were attending Rutgers University broadcast a video on the internet of him having homosexual relation.
Clementi who was not out of the closet as yet left a short message on Facebook and leaped to his death.
Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei were both arrested on charges of invasion of privacy, a crime that can land them up to five years in prison if found guilty.
Today the tragic case is back in the news after The Newark Star-Ledger revealed that not much people saw Clementi having sex.
Ravi’s and Wei’s attorney Steve Altman said:
“When the forensic evidence from all the seized computers is revealed, the truth will come out.Nothing was transmitted beyond one computer and what was seen was only viewed for a matter of seconds.”

It was reported that Ravi allegedly tweeted a month before the crime that he “just found out my roommate is gay”..he allegedly also includes a link in this tweet to postings made by Tyler on justusboys so all his friends can see. Why does Ravi allegedly tweet this info to his friends if he doesn’t have a problem with gay people? Also, how does he even know Tyler posts on this gay website? How did he get a direct link to Tyler’s posts? Tyler also says in later postings about the crime that he thinks Ravi did it so he can show his friends “look at what a f*g my roommate is”..I would think the victim would know why he is being targeted. Tyler also says in the postings that if he were vengeful enough he would like to get back at Ravi by pouring “pink paint all over his stuff”..why does he say “pink paint”? He says this because he knows he was the victim of a Hate Crime.
