A new photo of Derek Jeter walking around a hotel in South Beach in Miami has surfaced where he looked like he might have gained at least 15 pounds.
The athlete who was wearing a walking boot has been away from the baseball field as he heals his seriously injured left ankle.
The injury took place during a game against the Detroit Tigers back in October.
The Yankees player is said to be on a non-weight bearing situation – which means he is allowed to exercise only his upper body until next month.
While some Yaknees fans are mocking him by calling him Oreos king or Derek’Eater’, others are defending him saying that it was a picture taken from a bad angle.
