David Pajo Suicide Note Goes After Wife, Music Star Doing Better

A David Pajo suicide note is making headlines. David Pajo, the well-known musician from Texas, tried to commit suicide after learning that his wife, Leila, was cheating on him. Pajo was rushed to the hospital and is said to be doing well. David Christian Pajo left a lengthy suicide note behind, where he exposed his wife’s affair and confessed to battling depression. A native of Louisville, Pajo is a founding member of Slint. He’s also collaborated with Zwan, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, Will Oldham, Stereolab, and performed solo as Papa M and Pajo.

A David Pajo suicide note has many debating how much information is too much. On Thursday, February 12, David Pajo took to Instagram where he shared a post asking his followers to read his suicide note. The multi-instrumentalist wrote:

“Please read my suicide note for Leila Nicole Heydari Pajo at www.pinkhollers.blogspot.com.”

According to Pajo’s mother, he tried to commit suicide after posting the note, but thankfully he survived this attempt and EMS members were able to rescue him. It has not been revealed where he was nor who made the 911 call. The mother shared a picture of her son giving the thumbs-up and stated:

“He is OK, they were able to save him.”

David Pajo is the founder of Slint, who has worked with Zwan, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, Will Oldham, and Stereolab. The guitar, bass, banjo and drums player also performed solo as Papa M and Pajo.

Below is the controversial David Pajo suicide note shared on his personal blog, which has many of his fans fuming. Posting the note is controversial, we opted to share some of it, because Mr Pajo wants his note to be read.

In the note, he explained that his wife had been cheating on him, prevented him from seeing his children, and he became depressed. David Pajo wrote:

“But make no mistake- you are forever guilty. Guilty of cheating on me. Guilty of lying to me. Guilty of betraying me. Guilty of breaking up the family. Guilty of taking the kids away from their father. Guilty of destroying my life as well as theirs. Guilty of torturing me to the point that I saw no other way out but to hang myself.
They will hug you and tell you not to blame yourself for my actions. As if you had nothing to do with it.”
