Khayri Williams Clark Charged with Manslaughter in Abelino Manzaniego Death – Three New Jersey teens have been charged after allegedly taping the death of an immigrant. Salvadorian immigrant Abelino Manzaniego was approached by a group of teenagers around dusk. They proceeded to beat him unconscious while their cell phone camera filmed the entire attack.
The 47 year old father of four was dead four days later, and by that time the video had already circulated around the group’s circle of friends in the town of Summit, New Jersey. It was not long before authorities heard about the video.

A nurse in the emergency room was also accused of taking several hundred dollars out of Manzaniego’s wallet.
The attacks led to charges for the three young men who are ages 17, 18, and 19. A fourth teenager is believed to have been videotaping the attack, but has not been charged at this time. He may be charged in the future pending an investigation.
By all accounts, Mazaniego was a hardworking, friendly person who was just trying to take care of his family. A number of notes and flowers have been left at the location where he was attacked, along with a photo of him.
The location of the attack is odd, because it took place along a street that is filled with upscale clothing and jewelry stores. The attack was unprovoked, and the three teenagers were reportedly out thrill seeking at the time. It is unfortunate that they chose to harm someone else for their own enjoyment. The boys have been arrested on the charge of manslaughter, and the bail has been set at $250,000.

Lake Delhi:Iowa Dam Break – Lake Delhi was a nine mile long Iowa lake that is no more. Heavy rains led to the collapse of a dam that was holding bake the lake’s waters.

Lake Delhi, which is located in eastern Iowa, drained through the collapsed dam and flooded a nearby town, according to a number of recent reports.

Governor Chet Culver has said that he will make sure that homeowners in the area have aid as homes that were along the lake are now filled with mud after the lake flooded into the homes.

Authorities have said that treasure hunters have already made their way into the drying lake bed, and have asked that they hold off from doing so until the area is deemed safe. They are risking infection, broken bones and other hazards by making their way out onto the drying lake bed.

Ansel Adams Lost-And-Found Photos – Rick Norsigian has a hobby of picking through piles of items that people do not want at garage sales. It appears that all of his hard work has paid off. Ten years ago he bought two small boxes for $45, which were originally priced at $70. Now, the contents of the boxes are said to be worth at least $200 million, according to a Beverly Hills art appraiser.

The box contained 65 glass negatives that were created by photographer Ansel Adams in the early years of his career. The negatives were thought to have been destroyed in a 1937 darkroom fire along with as many as 5,000 other plates.
Now, it appears that the negatives were not destroyed, and instead have turned up in Rick Norsigian’s possession.

“It truly is a missing link of Ansel Adams and history and his career,” said appraiser David W. Streets.
The photographers were taken between 1919 and 1930, long before Ansel Adams became internationally known in the 1940s. Adams is known as the father of American photography, and many of the photographs that were taken by him are now worth millions of dollars.

The 6.5 x 8.5 inch glass plate negatives are mostly of famous Yosemite landscapes along with a number of well known landmarks that are located in San Francisco. Some of them do have some fire damage from the dark room fire. How they made their way from the dark room fire 70 years ago to a garage sale in 2000 is anyone’s guess, but Rick Norsigian is sure happy that they did.

Fall Of The Republic Alex Jones New Hit – Alex Jones the man behind controversial documentaries like “The Obama Deception: The Mask Comes Off” and “Fall of the Republic: Vol. 1, The Presidency of Barack H. Obama” has released a Youtube video claiming that his work is being censored.

Jones who is a well known conservative radio host recently released his 2009 film on the popular video hosting site and apparently it has been erased.

Here is what the conspiracy theorist had to say about his vanishing clips:

“This was a criminal act, and You Tube needs to investigate, track the IP and find out who did it.The Obama Deception was getting more and more popular, and the establishment doesn’t like the fact that it exposes the Left-Right paradigm and identifies Obama as a puppet.”

If Alex Jones really wanted to expose Obama and explained his ideas behind the “New World Order” why not re-upload The Obama Deception: The Mask Comes Off to You Tube and Facebook?

UFO Over Chinese Airport video can be found here. Late this evening a video surfaced with what people are claiming to be a UFO flying over a Chinese airport. According to local media an unidentified flying object that looked more like some kind of space shuttle disturbed air traffic over Zhejiang’s provincial capital Hangzhou last Wednesday for couple of minutes.

It is real or is the whole thing staged?
You might think it is just a hoax but the journalists at the Zhejiang Online, who first reported on the UFO story think otherwise.
They claimed that the flying saucer appeared on the airport’s radar sometime around 8:30pm and they have plenty of passengers/witnesses and airport personnel to confirm that they did indeed saw a “shining white light” in the air that later disappeared in the sky.

National Ice Cream Day 2010 – Too hot of a summer day for you? The United States eats more ice cream per person than any other country in the world. July has been designated as Ice Cream Month in the US, and every third Sunday of July is Ice Cream Day. If you didn’t know about the holiday beforehand, you now have a new favorite holiday. July, being the hottest month in most state, is the perfect time to cool down with a scoop of ice cream. Top it off with some strawberries, blueberries, and peaches and you are set.

There are many different kinds of ice cream to choose from. It seems like every company has dozens of different flavors for you to choose from. It can be tough to decide if you should go with a tried and tested favorite, or go for a new flavor you may potentially enjoy more. Ice Cream Day is the day to figure those riddles out.
No other holiday gives you an excuse to eat massive amounts of ice cream for virtually no reason at all. The holiday was created simply because it is hot out during July, and it seemed like the appropriate time to celebrate the history of ice cream.
