Christopher Meloni ‘True Blood’ Move – Christopher Meloni who exited the hit TV show “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” on NBC after 12 years has landed a new television gig.

Meloni is set to join Ryan Kwanten and Alexander Skarsgard on HBO’s supernatural drama about southern vampire “True Blood” according to TVLine.

In the upcoming fifth season of the series the former “Oz” actor who has a habit of playing bisexuals will take on the role of a very powerful vampire which implies lots of bloody and nude sex scenes with Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, perhaps.

Other than “True Blood” Meloni will be featured in several upcoming movies.

The Washingtonian will be in “Awful Nice,” “Dirty Movie” and “The Kentucky Derby.”
