A Reddit user with the handle yllwsnow2 shared a picture of his friend, who got drunk one night and decided to self-ink a Charmander Pokémon tattoo on his stomach. The result, a horrible tattoo that looks like it was done by a 5-year-old and has now turned the 27-year-old man into a celebrity.
A Charmander tattoo is the worst DIY ink ever, according to internet users. Earlier this week, a person with the username yllwsnow2 on Reddit, shared the picture of his/her friend, who decided to get a DIY tattoo while he was drunk and high on legal drugs.
According to Redditor yllwsnow2, the 27-year-old man had too much alcohol and too many Xanax and decided to ink a Charmander Pokémon tattoo on the right side of his belly.
The Charmander Pokémon is a bright orange/red lizard-like creature with blue eyes, three-clawed toes, yellow belly, and yellow soles under its feet. At the end of the Charmander’s tail is a burning flame, which symbolizes health and emotions. If the flame goes out, the Charmander dies.
The drunk man did not come anywhere close to drawing what is described above; instead, he gave himself a tattoo that looks like it was done by a 4- or 5-year-old. The pal, who posted the picture of the worst Charmander tattoo ever, said:
“My friend was drunk and on Xanax when he decided to tattoo a black face Charmander with no experience or artistic ability. The flame saves it.”
The worst tattooist in the world woke up regretting the ink and asked why didn’t somebody try to stop him. They did attempt to prevent the madness from happening, but failed. Redditor yllwsnow2 added:
“He woke up the next morning and asked his friend why he didn’t stop him. His friend said he tried multiple times.”

Tattooing on the stomach area is one of the toughest to make turn out decent. Getting drunk and trying to tattoo anyone is terrible. I’m glad he did this to himself instead of someone else, and yeah, the flame on the tail “saves” it, (only Red and yellow can fade really fast)…It’s defiantly a one of a kind tattoo!
