Cathy Cruz Marrero Fountain Girl Video

The woman who fell into a fountain in Berkshire Mall which is located in Wyomissing, PA had her video go viral all over the internet, starting on YouTube and then spreading to Facebook and Twitter.

Cathy Cruz Marrero is now facing multiple charges for receiving stolen property as well as theft by deception.

She went on national television to say just how embarrassed she was about tripping into the fountain, though not many people knew it was actually her before her countless interviews.

She told a local news station in Pennsylvania that she wanted to get into bed and stay there for days because of what happened. At the beginning of the video Marrero can be seen texting on her phone to a friend from church.

As she started to send the message to her friend, she accidentally walked into the fountain wall which only came up to her knees and fell in as a result. Moments later she was back on her feet soaking wet while people around her laughed hysterically at her misfortune with the fountain.

Marrero said that she had nothing to grab on to in order to hold her balance so she ended up falling into the fountain. James Polyak is the man who will be representing her in court for the lawsuit she is filing as well as the charges against her for accepting stolen property.
