Cassandra Jenner Asks ‘Distant Father’ To Do Better Now Caitlyn Jenner Is Out

Cassandra Jenner asked her distant father to be a better person and relative now that he has transitioned to a woman named Caitlyn Jenner. Caitlyn formerly known as Bruce Jenner graced the cover of Vanity Fair and inside the magazine his children – Burt, Cassandra aka Casey, Brandon and Brody – opened up about their damaged relationship with their dad and revealed their hopes of reconnecting with the new and improved Caitlyn Jenner.

Cassandra Jenner hopes her distant dad, who is now a woman, will be a better relative and friend to her and the rest of her family. Bruce Jenner, who has completely transitioned to a woman and goes by the name of Caitlyn Jenner, is featured on the cover of the June 2015 issue of Vanity Fair.

Inside the magazine, Caitlyn Jenner talked about how difficult it was to announce to her family her true identity and how scared she was for her life after undergoing ten hours or surgery.

Caitlyn Jenner’s four adult children – Cassandra aka Cassey Jenner, Burt Jenner, Brandon Jenner, and Brody Jenner – all sat down for an interview that was featured in the magazine.

Cassandra Jenner, whose mother is Bruce Jenner’s first wife, Chrystie Crownover, said that she did not see much of her father. Cassandra Jenner told the magazine:

“I would happily have traded a distant father for a loving, involved mom.”

One of the reasons why the former athlete may have been so distant from Cassandra Jenner is because her parents were not sure they wanted to bring her to Earth – especially her father. Mr. Jenner confessed few years ago, “My first reaction was that I didn’t want it.”

Chrystie Crownover, who was married to Bruce Jenner from 1972 to 1981, said that after talking to a friend, she realized that she wanted the baby. Crownover said:

“When I found out I was pregnant Bruce raised the issue of an abortion, and I went along with him just as I always did. I had all the tests and had even paid for the operation.”

The mother of two added:

“But one night I was out to dinner and my friend asked me why I wanted an abortion. I told him, “I don’t want the abortion. Why are you having it?” And I said, “Because Bruce wants it.”

Mr. Jenner also made sure that he was miles away in a hotel room in Kansas City, crying on June 10, 1980, the day Cassey Jenner was born. Jenner’s oldest son, Burt Jenner, told VF that his father was not really part of his life and hopes that Caitlyn will fill in the gap. Burt claimed:

“I have high hopes that Caitlyn is a better person than Bruce.”

Burt and Cassandra Jenner were told by their mother when they were 13 and 11 that Bruce Jenner wanted to be a female. Cassandra Jenner, Burt Jenner, Brandon Jenner, and Brody Jenner have all made it clear that they will not appear in Caitlyn’s upcoming docu-series because everything on E! is a circus.

“They disagree with their father’s decision to use not only the same production company that made ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ but many of the same people, including several original executive producers,” the article stated.

Caitlyn Jenner’s series will premiere on Sunday, July 26, at 9 p.m. on E!

  1. I think he is insane. I think his children are insane to even want to be a part of this spectacle. Check out is psychological problems. Post morbid? Yes? Also, this could be a bad spirit issue too but nobody will believe this. He is a poster boy to confuse the whole world. Enough of him…Excuse me while I go vomit…

    1. Agree Cris, every time I see this article I can’t focus, I feel for the future generation, the last 20 yrs has been enough to comprehend without this crap, leave your personal life personal, PLEEZE!!

  2. It’s amazing that they would even want a relationship with someone who was never in their life growing up because he was instead playing father to the Kardashian kids and then to his bio kids with Kris. I also find it funny that none of his older bio children want to be on the documentary because it is on E when Burt, Brandon, and Brody have all been a part of Keeping up with the Kardashians!

  3. I do not think that Caitlyn will be a ‘better person’ than Bruce. Selfish is selfish. He will not change his overall behavior at 65. I have family that is also very uninvolved, who are mature adults. I would expect Bruce to change as much as I would expect them to change. Not going to happen and if it does it will be very short lived.

  4. Cris, although I do think that doing a reality show on this is way over the top, I think it’s horrible for you or anyone to say that he is a poster boy to confuse the whole world. It seems like you may be the one confused, cris. Are you aware that being transgender has existed since the beginning of time? Do you really think that Bruce Jenner is the first person to come out as transgender. No, this has existed for years and years and years, but we are just getting to the point where people can actually be true to themselves and finally come out as transgender without completely being shunned by society. Wake up! This world is a plethora of all kinds of people. I’m sure that Bruce and any other people that are transgendered have been through absolute hell in dealing with their identity crisis. So with that being said, you’re closemindedness and hatred are making me sick. Excuse me while I go vomit.

    1. JT, U R correct, but as I see it, it is a personal decision, leave it at that, PERSONAL, the press needs NO MORE ammunition!!

  5. I am saddened to think the Bruce has lived as a man all the while feeling as if is a woman. The agony this must be is something I just can not fathom. I am happy he has mustarded up the courage to make this step. I am hopeful he can mend with his bio children and step children. I do feel if he choses to make his life a so called reality show for TV would be a big mistake and only make his future a circus and a spectacle that can only spiral downward.
It is pathetic to see all the hatred and verbal vomit I read on these post.

    1. One more comment, how sad that the press has to bring up that Casey was not wanted, very unfeeling!!

  6. “Mr. Jenner also made sure that he was miles away in a hotel room in Kansas City, crying on June 10, 1980, the day Cassey Jenner was born.”

Crying because he had another child to not take care of or crying because there are no good golf courses in KC?

This man is a pathetic joke. He is a selfish old man with a fetish and living his fetish everyday is not going to make him less selfish. He seems to be becoming even more selfish and oblivious.

Transgender doesn’t even have anything to do with gay issues. Gay is a reality and transgender is a fantasy. Gay people partner with people of the same sex- reality. Transgender people need society to play along with their fantasy to make it real- delusion. Gay people are gay without needing others to agree and don’t need thousands of dollars if surgery and hair and makeup and clothes to do so. It makes me sad that creeps like Bruce are representing gay people in 2015. He is a selfish old man living out a sex fetish, nothing more.
