Navarro was also famously married to model and actress Carmen Electra from 2003 to 2006. The wedding ceremony for the marriage to Electra was televised. After the failed love story, Navarro has said that he would probably not get married again.

A source spoke to Us Weekly about the burgeoning relationship. The person said:
“Even though they seem like opposites, they have a lot in common. They both have a wicked sense of humor and share a love of politics and dark eyeliner.”
Navarro, a man, who has experimented with same-sex activities, but does not consider himself bisexual, said that he likes to watch Fox News although he does not agree with its agenda. For the guitarist, the network is “an outlet that is contrary to what [his] instincts are.” Love seems to have challenged some of his beliefs.
Some commentators are unhappy with Tantaros’ taste in men, but most people applaud her for willing to listen to her heart.
