If you like NASCAR, enjoying hunting, and can proudly wave a confederate flag from the top of your pickup truck, you might just be a redneck. Although this might sound like the joke of some comedian, it’s not.

A group that calls themselves “The American Redneck Society” was recently started for millions of rednecks all across America can join in and feel like they belong.

A man by the name of Rob Clayton is the founder and he says that he started the group to break the stereotype of what most people think a redneck is. He claims that rednecks come from different kinds of cultures, creeds, and religions and they deserve their own society.

The new society that was founded charges a total of $20 for its membership fee and apparently 10 percent of that goes to a scholarship fund that is meant for rednecks.

The rest of the money that is gathered will go towards paying for expenses to get the members in the group as many benefits as possible for the money they pay each month.

The money from all of the members will always help to recoup the initial investment that Clayton had to put down to get the group up and running and on its feet, something he says did not come easy or cheap.
